Nutty Granola

Super duper nutty granola!

Virtually sugar-free and grain-free. Gluten-free and super nutritious!!!

The combination of several nuts, dates, coconut oil and Ceylon cinnamon makes this granola an all-time superfood!

Ingredients/Method: 

*Crush coarsely the following ingredients in the food processor:

  • ½ cup of each raw cashew nuts, raw almonds, raw walnuts, raw sesame seeds,  shredded unsweetened coconut and oats

  • ¼ cup white chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp Ceylon cinnamon powder

  • a pinch of salt

  • Put them in a medium-size bowl and place them on the side

* Puree together :

  •  5 Medjool dates

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp raw organic coconut oil

  • 3 tbsp water 

Lined a baking tray with parchment paper.

Mix all the dry ingredients with the wet ones and place them on the tray

Bake at 170C for about 18-20’.
